this hotel was a wonderful and very afforable. the deluxe suite was well suited for a single or a couple who wish to prepare some of thier own food. also, the gym and the pool were fantastic! i will definately stay there again!

For the price I guess u get what you pay for. Staying on the Sheik zayed side is quiet noisy with the traffic. Housekeeping don't do a good job cleaning rooms. Don't think I will stay there again.

Need to finish front entry, food good, very helpful and friendly manager. Centrally located and convienantly located to metro. We had to clean the windows to see view due to condensation from air con.
Travel tip:
Get a full day pass on metro, great stops along the red line.

Good location, big bedroom and living room

The bedroom was huge with a TV inside. There was another queen size bed in the bedroom as well as another bed in the living room along with the sofas and American style kitchen. Big space, quality is good.

all around great place to stay

the hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to metro stop (two metro stops away from mall of the emirates, a few more from dubai mall/burj khalifa). jbr/marina are a short taxi ride away, as is atlantis hotel and water park. many sights of interest can be reached with a < $6 taxi ride. bur dubai and deira, the old parts of town, are a bit farther away (20 minutes by car) and cost ~$15 by taxi.
the hotel is well appointed with modern furnishings and is exceptionally clean. the kitchenette adds to the overall convenience of the room, since it is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. having the kitchen was great since we visited during ramadan, and would also be good for traveling families.
you can also connect to the internet using the tv in the room, which was cool, but internet charges do apply.
the breakfast at the hotel was nothing special and a bit pricey for what it was. recommend skipping the breakfast.

I had a lovely time staying in Dubai.I enjoyed staying at the Grand Midwest Tower. It was very nice, and was in a good location with easy access for getting around Dubai. I found the staff at the hotel very helpful and friendly, and hope to return soon.
