I stained in the 2bedroom apartment , the guest bathroom was disgusting , the towels were dirty.
No free wifi, although the price of the wifi is not bad.
Front desk was not that friendly , they were cold specially in the check in.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask about The shuttle service for the metro it's free and nobody told us about it

Fancy coming to Dubai and staying in a 5 star hotel and when you go to the swimming pool for some sun you find out the building is designed such that none of the pool area sees sun at any time of the day
To go to the gym and find half the apparatus faulty
Take a shower in the room and the water is luke warm
5 star hotel and the mini bar is empty ???
Ask for an extension to the stay and told hotel is fully booked yet on the internet rooms are available
Night duty manager has the no idea about customer relations
