Great location, shabby rooms
Has a great location, pool and many restaurants

Not the cheapest hotel neither the best. Rooms and lobby are a bit tired and grubby, especially the chairs in the Club lounge. Internet access should be free, it just looks life a money grabbing exercise.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk to Dubai Marina Mall along the river.

i have tried tens of hotels in dubai and very much aware of the quality service in 5 stars hotels. today, the habtoor grand isn't being taken care of or maintained on time. anything can go wrong from the kettle not working to bathroom's door stuck where intervention is needed. the hotel is very behind with technology. i didn't find the staff friendly enough.

One of the best hotel in Dubai And in JBR area. near Dubai marina mall and the walk and JBR restaurants and open beach, take high floor room to see the palm island and Atlantis hotel, near shihk zayied road so you have easy access even during the holiday
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Comfotable room view and Best beach and swimming pool in JBR, nice restaurants and shisha on the pool.

Good hotel and facilities but management lacking
good sized rooms, good pools and beach

Good quality hotel but not up to the International brand names.
Problems when checking in using Agoda hotel voucher, although everything correct on Agoda paperwork.
Drunken Nationals and international guests in pool and pool bar area that took management and security too long to deal with and remove.
Too few staff at peak breakfast times and didn't seem well managed or organised.
Pool and beach Towels ran out at 10.30am on their busiest days.
Overall a good hotel but management and some staff need to work a little harder.

its quiet hotel ,with good reciption and the staff was nice. its have 2 good swimming pool(big one) and small one for children,good restrant,and the loby is big ,good health club ,but the location of the hotel ,was suronded by other hotel ,and there was always traffic jam.

We arrived early at the hotel and did not thinkthe Hotel would let us check in so were very and pleasantly surprised when the receptionist said we could have the room key. We were onlythere for one night so having use of the hotel facilities for longer was a real plus for us. Pools were very good and the staff were very attentive during our time there.We ate Dinner in the Grill restaurant which has an African theme. I must say that it was one of the best Steaks I have ever tasted and the service from the waiters and presentation of the meal was fantastic. This restaurant also has a very impressive wine list which can cater for most connaseurs. An altogether very pleasurable experience which I have no qualms in recomending and will definately be back.

Lovely infinaty pool on 3rd floor looking out over Jumeira toward the Palm Island.

Nice hotel, however if you want a chalet room type, make sure you get one with direct access outside from the room otherwise you're better off staying in a room in the tower which are better appointed.
