excellent location,
right on the beach,
only a short taxi ride to the 2 waterparks,
beautiful pool at the Horizon Bar,
Steak restaurant was amazing and very good value pool side bar food was quite expensive for what you got hotel was excellent, experienced no problems at all throughout stay, staff were extremely poilte and hotel was in a good location, only a short taxi ride to attractions (Burj Al Arab, wiki wadi).
Beach was lovely and pool areas very nice too. The Horizon bar on the 3rd floor has stunning views during the day and is lovely on a night time to lie on the four poster beds and enjoy some cocktails.
The Grill restaurant in the hotel serves lovely food and is extremely good value for money which is hard to find in Dubai, highly recommend it.
Rooms were lovely, we had booked a tower room and were upgraded to a seaview tower room free of charge when we arrived which was lovely. Overall, absolutely excellent hotel, would definitely stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Burj Al arab restaurant/bar is worth a visit if you can get in and dont mind spending a few pound.

Hotel, rooms, beach, restaurnat Internet must be free 24/7 at Club Rooms- you get just 1 hour free We stay at this hotel 5 nights, and everything was perfect. We arrive at 8 o'clock in the morning and although check in is at 14 o'clock, they made for us, to get the room at 9:30 because we have a small child with us; Also they change the last day breakfast (because our flight at departure were at 8 AM, so we weren't able to take breakfast in the last day) with the day we arrive. We have a tower sea view room, in club floor, with a balcony, 19th fllor, and the view were spectacular. We get fresh fruits, baclava and water every day. The breakfast was ok- very rich, and specially Mr. Leo and his coleague and the chief from breakfast- club, were very carefully and at high standards- Bravo. You get free towels for the pool and for the sea, which is 5 min from the pool (you travel the pool, and after that a small garden, with green grass, and is the beach).
There is also a pool child and minim 4-5 restaurants with very good food (maybe were more but I did'n see them, and a lots of bars, and afternoon tea and coffee services.
Also at third floor is a a nice pool were they had some parties, and although it was music, you can sleep without closing the balcony window because is good music.
The only inconvenience is that they give you for club room just 1 our internet free by day, and it's not enough, so you must buy extratime. I think they should reconsider this option for the future, because of entire fully service, we just want to keep in touch with our office

Beach with view.
Good food. Work taking place to front of hotel, but where isn't it in Dubai? Beautiful hotel and grounds with beach. Restaurants are all very good, however it is only a 5 min walk to The Walk where you will find numerous other eating places. Rooms are well equipped with all you could need.

There are no positives for the hotel and the problems I had at the hotel when Slouli entered my room and when I was in the bathroom beating one worker visits the hotel room door alone, and after less than a second to open the door and I was at a decent, when you connect to my area several times to request from Kperi room service and I I've had no one, at 2 o'clock a malfunction occurs in the cooler air of the chamber and you connect several times to send from suited to it and after an hour, did not send someone Ivedny Baishi made several attempts until 4 am, and eventually he replied that the gas chiller for air had been carried out and in need of an extra hour to re-fill it and this was in Tema at 5 am
Did not get the comfort that I had gone to the hotel to the softest
At 5,30 am sharp the hotel manager to replace me with another room, and while I am asleep promptly at 10 o'clock was a member of the room service knocking on the door many times, and the Bazaaaji When Fathi door for him and my question about why he was he answered that he wanted to see the mini-bar.
Did not get any share from the comfort of this hotel is very bad and knowing that you're in the hotel with my wife to celebrate our marriage first and this was very bad today, thanks to the hotel
Travel tip : I would recommend that the customer just think of this hotel stay, even if the cheapest price and the evaluation of this hotel that is star one

Check-in staff was not that efficient what it be
for the standard Habtoor Grand should be.
It definitely needs special attention and improvement.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms but only after changing room, defiantly not 5 star hotel. Staff not over friendly and nosy must have knocked on my room door 3 to 5 time per day, they try to place you in the worst room possible, first room I was given over looked on of the restaurants of the hotel, when I say over looked it was like I open my bed room window in to the restaurant (no privacy). Requested it changed and then moved to room overlooking the tennis court. That would have been ok if there wasn’t a tennis tournament every night, with music blurring in to my room. Additionally this entire area is under construction if the sound from the loud music that blared in to the room was not enough the 6am construction would defiantly give you a good wake up call. Misguided about the star rating, I would not stay there again, and the headache of moving rooms for the worse also did not help. I have stayed at 3 star hotels with better accommodations.

Make sure you book a garden room. It was so lovely. I will definitely be going back!
Travel tip : As the hotel is not located on the main road it can take some time to get a taxi. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time!

Still lots of building work going on but I didn't hear any noise.
This hotel is great for families and also has a stunning horizon view pool and bar for adults only. If you have children I would recommend the garden rooms.

It is an older hotel and there are some things to be replaced A great hotel for families. Our room at the pool was perfect. The beach is nice and clean. The service was generally excellent. Only with the reception they have not heard of customer friendliness, ince a shame this was the first impression.
Shopping Tip : Near the hotel is a boulevard with many shops, bars and restaurants. Very cozy and you can look very good people
