Clean bed, nice sofas and decoration
Taxis do not come often as needed, waiting time might be long at times.
The hotel is absolutely convenient even if you are attending a conference at the convention centre. Taxis is an issue though since they may not come as often as you need them at times. The hotel should have someone to call the taxi company to get more taxis to come.
Nightlife Tip : Near the clubs at Sheikh Zayed Road

Good location if you are attending an event in the ajoined conference centre. Bar and restaurants within the hotel for convenience.
Parking is much too far away from the hotel, and is not signposted. If there is an event on in the attached conference centre, traffic outside the hotel is shocking, and there is no temporary parking bays to stop in while you check-in. Staff were unhelpful during busy times, and seemed disorganised and unprepared for busy periods. The room was very small, possibly the smallest hotel room I have stayed in during the many times I have stayed in Dubai.
My partner and I booked this Ibis hotel because it was reasonably priced and we had stayed in the Ibis Al Barsha on a previous visit to Dubai, and we were pleased with our stay there. The Ibis World Trade Centre was a very different experience though. There was a big conference on in the conference centre next door to the hotel on the day we checked-in. The traffic getting to the hotel was extremely busy, but we found the hotel no problem, and stopped the car outside the front door of the lobby so that I could pop in and find out where to park the car. While I was waiting to speak to someone at the lobby check-in desk, my partner waited in the car with the engine running, but was continually hassled by a man (who was supposedly managing the traffic outside the front of the hotel) telling him he could not stop here. When my partner explained that I had just popped in to find out where to park, the man continued to repeat that we could not stop there, and insisted he move the car. This would be fine, except that it was a one-way road, with no where to pull over and stop, and the road led away from the hotel into an area we were not familar with, and which was rammed with traffic. Meanwhile, I was told at the lobby desk that the car parking was back out the front of the hotel (the lobby entrance is at the back) and located across a busy main road. When I asked the man on the desk to give some more directions, he just said 'drive round the front, its across the road, you will see it', which I did not find helpful. So I ran back outside to tell my partner (who was still being hassled by the traffic man). We agreed it would be better to take our luggage out of the car just now, rather than attempt to lug it from the car park, which sounded quite far away. I was struggling to lift the suitcase out of the boot of the car, but no one offered to assist me, as there appeared to be no hotel staff outside. I then ran in with our luggage to leave it with a member of h

Well priced with good restaurant
No carparking or valet carparking
This is our third time at this hotel and as on previous visit everything was as we expected. The only major problem was they now have no carparking at this hotel. We only discovered this on checking in. There are major works outside the hotel and we could not get the car to the front entrance. We asked where we were supposed to park and were told to put the car in the car park building next door at an hourly rate. After asking to cancel the booking we were then told we could use the Novotel car park but would have to take the car ourselves as they no longer have valet parking at the Ibis and are now a 2 star hotel. Apart from this everything else was as we have come to expect from this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : Check the availability of carparking if you are travelling by car.

Breakfast buffet needs improvement.
Stayed one night at hotel. Room was clean and neat. Good price for stay. Checking in was a bit slow as there was only one receptionist. There was about 3 customers waiting in line. Contruction around hotel including access to hotel did not help. Had to walk thru constructions to get to the door of hotel as taxi not able to access to hotel. To get taxi out of hotel - had to walk to Novotel Hotel to get limo. Hopefully all this woes will go away once the construction around hotel is done. Miss the complimentary bus rides to and from airport. Very helpful for customers even with the upcoming metro station opening nearby. Breakfast buffet needs improvement - could be better. Overall hotel stay was good.

Close to business district, easy availability of cabs, not for from anything in dubai, shuttle to malls & beach. Counter staff helpful.
Internet & phone calls expensive (but that i have been told is the case with all hotels in Dubai), no tea & coffee in room ( got my own travel kettle for about the price of 3 tea cups at the hotel resturaunt).
I stayed the hotel for 6 nights the room was fine, a bit small, maybe fine for a single person but for couple with luggage the room definitly feels cramped. the hotel provides hair dryers and irons so no need to carry these with you. the phone calls from the hotel phone are expensive but you can buy a pre-paid Etisalat card from their outlet in World trade centre loody right next door and use the phone there to make calls at a much cheaper rate. the shower door leaks so you get a wet floor in the toilet after a shower, my friend who was also in the same hotel had the same problem so maybe it is a fault with all shower doors? but overall a nice, relatively cheap hotel for business or pleasure.
Travel tip : Buy and Etisalat phone card and use the payphones in the World trade centre lobby for cheap calls.

Hotel is near to Trade Center.
Wireless Internet connection is not available.
So impressed with such up-to-date Ibis Hotel, the room space is much bigger than the other Ibis Hotel I had ever been.
Modern and quiet lobby area is suitable to business meeting with customers. Hotel provide free shuttle buses to Airport and some shopping malls in Dubai.
One disadvantage for this hotel, the Wireless Internet connecting only available around the lobby area is not so convenience !!!

Clean modern hotel, in the World Trade centre complex, with friendly staff and on-site parking.
The in hotel restaurant is expensive for Breakfast or Dinner, and there is no other catering on-site, with a Taxi required to get to anything else.
Also in room internet is expensive at DHS14 for 18 minutes.
Overall the hotel provides a good cheap base for business, just off the main road through Dubai making it easy to get to all the key areas, (although beware that traffic is areal issue around the Creek area). The rooms are as you expect from Ibis, clean, modern, and well appointed, if a little on the small side. Catering is poor though.
Hotel Feature Tip : Cheap bottled water is available in the hotel from the vending machines on each floor.
Also ask the concierge for the Big Red Bus city map, it is by far the best for seeing what's where!

Hotel reception has a nice and relaxed ambiance. Shuttle service to Dubai airport and malls.
Rooms are small and have less storage space. Not enough house keeping facilities. Service is also below average.
The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean enough, however small and offer less storage space. Hotel offers a shuttle service taking you to and from airport and interesting malls of the city. The hotel also offers storage facility which is standard. It is good for business travellers however vacationers might feel impaired in many ways especially with things like room service and serving food in rooms as many times we couldn't find cups for pouring hot beverages in. The hotel offers plastic cups. Small improvements can really turn the hotel into great value for money.

Good value for money, good location
Poor toiletries & uncomfortable beds & pillows
Good location, right next to the World Trade Center & shopping malls. It's a low-budget place, so best advised to bring your own toiletries and pillow if you can. Concierge can organise tours, but they have one preferred provider - when I asked him to organise tour with Desert Adventures, he refused, claims the hotel only works with 1 tour provider. I made arrangement via phone myself instead. Breakfast is good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't rely on the concierge to organise desert safaris - they prefer one vendor only, so you are better off making a booking on your own.

Easy to get to, friendly and helpful staff.
Room a little small, lack of towels in bathroom only supply two bath towels.
On the whole, on par for the Ibis. The staff we encountered were very helpful on several occasions. The room although a little small was clean and resonably quiet. We used the Cubo restaurant and were very happy with the meals and again the attentive staff. The breakfast was also very good, buffet style as normal with enough choices to suit most palates.
Would recommend for business or couple on a short stay.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you ask for an adaptor with the iron or hair dryer.

Good location, attached to Trade Center.
The room is at the reasonable size for IBIS brand, but a little small for Subai standard. The room is very basic, no safety box in the room, u need to put your valuable in the safety box available in the reception counter, but subject to the availability. There is no freeze and no free water too, so u cannot keep any food or wine with u.
The reception staff are helpful but one of the staffs called Nora is new and provide wrong information on the room rate and cost me some extra. If u r a non smoker, try to get a non smooking room.

Hall, comfortable and tidy, service attitude ok
Smaller rooms, transportation for mass transit has not opened, a little inconvenience
Hall of feeling and attitude of service staff are good, but not yet used the traffic due to MRT stations, and the surrounding are not yet complete, it is a bit inconvenient, rooms are small, its is a bathroom inside with another fewer, hair dryer, iron no, more suitable for short-term business class
