Bit of a queue getting into restaurants at peak times. Had a beautiful stay even though it was only a few days, breaking up a journey to Indonesia. Stay very friendly, rooms and beds excellent, best night's sleep I've had in ages. Only problemwith the stay was flying out, Emirates had overbooked flight to Jakarta and we were involuntarily bumped from a flight we had confirmed tickets for. They didn't handle me very well. That's putting it mildly. Emirates put us up in the Millenium hotel with after the Jum Beach felt like a crash down to earth. I was travelling with my teenage son and the place didn't even have a pool. Anyway Jum beach was excellent incl breakfast. Worth every penny.

the hotel is superb,the location is magnificent,the hospitality and service immaculate theres not much-if any things i disliked with this hotel.Room service is quite expensive for my liking.You are better off eating at the great restaurants offered on sight the hotel itself is a five star complex.It has everything you could want or need of a hotel resort as Jumeirah beach hotel is.There are smiling staff 24/7 to accomodate your every need.The location is five star.the layout of the resort itslef is perfect ,in a way that you dont get bored.The rooms are classy.The restaurants and bars in the resort are superb,and you can eat at a differetn one every day/night.The cuisine is exquisite.overall our stay at the hotel resort was heavenly considering the heat in Dubai is Hell

very good service and large rooms the hotel has a very good location and it is nice when you can use hoteles around those belonging to the hotel area. Rumen is large and well planned with very good service. Restaurants in abundance which makes it possible to eat in principle what food any time. The beach is very nice and there is plenty of room so you need not be crowded. Recommend this hotel for families with children where there is also an aqua park in the area.
