Friendly staff. Internet available. Clean room. Big TV with many channels. Toiletry amenities.
Room a little small. Neon sign outside window was bright.
This is a very good value when other hotels have raised prices post-Ramadan. The staff was very friendly; it was the fastest check-in, check-out I have had at any Dubai hotel. No hassle on having guest. Internet cafe downstairs, 8 Dh/hour. Rooms very clean, with very big TV, getting good reception and many channels. Can take a little while to flag a taxi around the back of the hotel.
Travel tip : Ratskys, the bar downstairs was really hopping on a Friday night.

Neatness, Services (all), Facilities and proximity to major locations
Lift, No Parking area in side the compound
Very good and ideal location for tourists and business personals. Proximity to new metro railway station is an attraction. Very good and disciplined services provided by the officials. It is highly essential to make some technical work or rennovation work for lifts to make a smooth and silent operation- 2 number.

A bit noisy due to the many bars downstairs
I love this hotel. friendly , clean, cheap, and in a great loaction. Conatins some of the ebst bars in town too. Try it.
