larg, clean, and comfortable room
excellent hotel service and room. The hotel is full but the elevator and lobby is not bussy. I took a grand deluxe room which contains master bed room (room with Palsma TV + bathroom), living room with Plasma TV, and small office room. the room is really spacious. the Hotel service is fast response and friendly. also, the good thing that the hotel is attached to the mall (shops + resturants + Cinema + ski). the drawback is the location is far from the city(is not far from the Burj Al-Arab and the Palm island). Overall, this hotel by itself is one of the best hotel.

+ very good reception
+ the best rooms ever
+ attached to one of biggest and most attractive malls
+ Many thigns to see and do.
+ little far from the old souqs.
The hotel starts welcoming you at the door by well dressed staff. Also, when i showed them my booking, the receiption asked me if he can upgrade me to Grand delx room but it will be 2 beds. I accepted and he did asked the room service to compine the beds. The room was fantastic and very luxrious. It viewed the swimming room and faced Burj Al Arab.
Hotel staff are very professional.
Must try this again.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is attached to Emirates Mall.
