It does not host the ski dubai centre

This hotel, even though it promotes it on the agoda website, does not have the ski dubai centre. They are attached but this does not give you access to ski dubai and it has nothing to do with the hotel. If you want to go to ski dubai, expect to pay over 200aed to go. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was large, they are under construction at the moment but it was not a bother. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly but the food is extremely expensive so we just ate at the mall.

Lovely hotel however, entrance of the hotel was in the process of having a revamp and there was some banging and drilling during the day. We were not made aware of this by agoda when we booked online.

Nothing special. Hotel was being renovated. The concierge messed up the booking to a restaurant we were looking forward to going to, and we turned up without a booking.

Hotel was very relaxing but the Internet was slow and erratic. The concierge was very helpful however the bellboys were slow and very disorganised on arrival and departure.
