Near metro but poor room condition and no wifi

I was shocked that this hotel does not offer complimentary wifi. Not even at lobby. The room is large but has a smell. It looks old though hotel is newly built. Only good point is near to metro. Walking distance
Restaurant Tip:
Under the overhead bridge to metro, you can good mutton briyani for less than 20 dirhams.

The worst hotel i used to stay

its the worst hotel i used to stay, especially the hotel management is the most awful i have experienced.
we have friends working and living in dubai, and our friends are not allowed to have a short visit us in the hotel room during daytime, even though our friends present legal id to hotel management which required by the hotel. the management in a very rude way to say:"its our hotel rules and regulations, not allowed friends to visit". if the hotel have those special rules and regulations, why not notify the guests when check in??? well, i will never choose this hotel any more.

Okay to stay but nothing eventful. The crowd is more from Philipino and the staffs are hepful.
Nightlife Tip:
Deira having a good happening nighspots in Dubai for all budgets. However Bur Dubai having more options.

The Landmark Grand Hotel is a good hotel. Although it can easily be mistaken with other Landmark hotel in the surrounding when taking cabs. Otherwise it is in a convenient area with metro nearby.
The room was good, spacious enough for its cheap price.
The in-room service was good too, we ordered food, it was worth waiting, not some ready-made food.
Overall, it was good.
We extended a night, during which we ordered food because were satisfied. We kept our room.
We extended another night in the end. Still kept the same room. The concierge remembered us, gave us good service and rates already
