The hotel is in the business area which was a plus for me and they have a well looked after storage area so you can keep things you need to cargo later on.There is alos a guy who does the packing at a minimal price.I liked the fact that they even check you in early if they have rooms available so you do not have to wait for the check in time.Also they allowed me to use the room up to 3 more hours after check in time without any charge.I could even keep my luggage downstairs for like 5 hours and went for a stroll in the street.Rooms well maintained anf the bell boys and security guards very helpful and pleasant.
I think they should improve on breakfast.Thats the second time i've stayed there,but this time i did not pay for breakfast.They normally have a buffet style and maybe they should also let the guest choose what they wantt to eat.But this is no big issue.
Well on the whole the hotel is good,in terms of service although there is room for improvement.For business travellers in Deira,this hotel is very convenient and decent.Unlike those motels around where at times you encounter harassment,the people around here are well behaved and polite.There are many small restaurants around if you dont fancy eating at the hotel.So i think Landmark is good so far.

good location, although at present huge construction site outside the door, good breakfast, friendly staff
Total smoky room, but now easily possible to change after complaints
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : for one-day stop over Big Bus Tour (counter in the hotel) not cheap, but a good quick overview of (almost) over Dubai
