The Stay was comfortable, even though a bit pricey since we went during exhibition times. The rooms are large and maintained. The building however is a bit old and requires maintenance. The lift didn't have airconditioning and smelt like grease. The staff is friendly and we enjoyed our stay over all. The Location is especially ideal for those using Dubai Metro, Bus to move around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the Dubai Metro for everything.. That's ideal due to Hotel Location..

Close to Union Metro - Not Satisfactory

The Room was not cleaned up properly before we checked in. The bin in the kitchen was full with dirt.
TV Remote was not working in one of the rooms.
Hot Water Geyser was not working in one of the rooms. This could have been taken care of before hand.I would not stay again here.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel several times previously for weekend visits to Dubai and always enjoyed our stay, especially when comparing cost to product and service received. All staff members have always been friendly and helpful. Have never experienced any problems or delays with check-in/check-out. The rooms are very large and allow plenty of space for moving around, especially for small children playing. Furniture and furnishings are a little dated and could use some refurbishment, but no problems with comfort. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are basic but sufficient. Location as a base for exploring around Deira is great, with much shopping and restaurants very nearby. Will probably stay here next visit to Dubai.
Restaurant Tip:
A variety to choose from in easy walking distance, especially for good Asian foods.
