Very professionnal and reliable staff. My wife get a shoulder problem and they kindly look for a therapist who could reduce the pain. We accidentaly met the responsable of the desk (Pilippina) in the street on her day off and she was aware of the problem and asked about it very kindly. Looking herself for a solution.
We felt like part of a family not just a customer.

The rooms was small although clean

The rooms were too small although clean...The gym opens at 10 & close 5, for business travellers like me this is ridiculous...as good as no gym.
