we were booked in to the media rotana barsha - dubai after checking on the internet for alternative accommodation when informed that the hotel where we had stayed for the last 12+ years was being renovated. any doubts were quickly dispelled on our very early morning arrival when we were welcomed with a smile and shown promptly to our room (overlooking the swimming pool}.
being frequent stop-over visitors to dubai (3-4 nights) we usually just relax and enjoy the hotel facilities and we were not disappointed at our new venue. the restaurants within the complex were excellent and we cannot speak highly enough of all the staff.
thank you media rotana barsha for yet another enjoyable visit to dubai.

my wife and i spent four nights here at media rotana for our honeymoon trip to dubai. it was a very pleasant stay there.
we have arrived dubai with early morning flights and we were able to check-in @9:30 am soon as we arrive the hotel. and the lovely hotel check-in staff has noticed that it was my honeymoon trip thus upgraded our room to suite with a small kitchen inside of it. we also received complimentary chocolate sweets, and cakes later ----- "twice!" what a amazing hotel that definitely leaves lots of good impression for my honeymoon trip there.
overall, this hotel has good access to highway that can get you quickly most major tourist attractions and malls in dubai. (if you are driving yourself of course) a great place to stay for tourists.

We were welcomed by a wonderful staff at the reception, although our checkin was a little bit later than the time we were there, the staff was more than eager to provide us with an early room. The rooms are really spacious, clean, well decorated, very comfortable to stay in, even for long periods. The beds are extra comfy. Thebathrooms also spacious with bath tub and shower. Room service is perfect. The staff is very kind and generous. The hotel has various amenities one can enjoy...pool, various international restaurants, bar, spa, health club. The food is great too. The location of the hotel is also very suitable, with proximity to malls, marinas, JBR, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, beaches, the Palm. Will certainly stay again when visiting Dubai.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Definitely try the massages at the spa.
