Hotel staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Less than 10 minutes taxi to Burj Khalifa, good location. I enjoyed the stay for the entire 4 nights.

there is this a receptionist that sounded and looked very un-inviting and unwelcoming, arrogant in short.. sorry but u needed to be rebuked for u to realize how impt. Ur position is for ur guests to have a good impression of ur hotel.. that's a basic dear.. And while checking in @ about mins. Before 6pm whilst the check in time was supposed to be @2pm which is also a bit late to the usual, he said in an arrogant tone again that the room is still not ready.. whattt? His reason bec. They allowed a late check-out for the previous guest which is very unprofessional on ur part knowing that we have a paid reservation already and I have called a few times beforehand.. if not for the bog apartment rooms I will not reconsider staying at this hotel apartment. And the apartment bldng is a walking chore from the main hotel blgdng.. first time to give a negative review ever.. sad...

Our second stay in your apartments block, which provides an ideal base for visiting the attractions of central Dubai. Staff were all courteous and helpful at all times. Apartment was very clean and spacious with excellent facilities. Room service provided and excellent service also.

We were very surprised at the good rate for a 5 start hotel. Sevice was excellent - the reception staff were friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a good shopping centre close by which has a food court with all the international fast food. To get to most of the tourist sites we needed to take a taxi but the hotel concierge was very efficien in getting us a suitable one at the normal Dubai taxi rate.

Very nice apartment hotel. Rooms are huge. Very good facilities. But the apartments are in a seperate buidling outside the main hotel. Quite far from dubai mall
