Room and Lobby are clean and looking good. \nAnd location that hotel place is close to super market and restaurants.
Toilet look old and bath's curtain is too short, so it not good to protect spread of water when you take shower.
It's the one of hotel that value for money. To compared with another same star hotel in Bur Dubai, I highly recommend it.

Great location right down the road from the Dubai museum 5 mins to the Creek around the corner is a great little india cafe selling really great smosa burgers. The breakfast is fairly good value as long as you are keen for strifry and curry at 9 in the morning. rooms ar clean but dated and the bathroom was a bit seedy. But as far as the price goes it was pretty good.
Staff are very hospitable however could work on their people skills a little, rooms could do with a bit of an update, and there was a family with kids near us running around the large hallway out side our room till all hours. If you require a taxi to the air port book it the day before or use the hotel shuttle.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : dont try and walk to any where except the creek use ataxi they are pretty cheap. als regarding taxis just get in buckle then tell the driver you destination they try to avioid some locations.

Dirty, heavily worn, bad service, horrible restaurant
We recently stayed there and would strongly say do not stay there unless you are paying little more than backpacker rates. The room was large but well worn and unclean. The room was not made up by room service on one of the days. The restaurant is small with poor service and food.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a taxi or a tour out the Atlantis Hotel at the end of the Palm and check out the amazing aquarium.
