Nice location near the shopping centers other hotels and resturants, taxi is easily available, jockey pub is very nice.
expensive internet, only 1 lift i recommend only the solo travellers to stay here as it is not good for those who travel with families because of the loud music at night

frendly staff. very help full. clean , good food and bar too loud if you are staying in 2.or 3 floor try to take room on top 5,6th floor third time stayed in the hotel i like it, first its away from crowded road, walking distance from all the shopping mall, great helpful staff,
food is great.

Rooms are big and neat and clean. Includes sofa and chair in front of the TV. Staff is friendly. Nothing in the mini-bar (which I like). It's quiet in the rooms. Great bar downstairs. Easy to get to food, grocery, banks, etc. TV only had about 10 channels. I stayed at the Panorama hotel on a Friday night. The staff is friendly, although one must remember to bring your passport or a copy. They are sticklers on this point, and they don't have internet available so you can't just produce one on-line. There is an internet cafe nearby. The rooms are big, very clean, neat. There is a sofa and chair in front of the TV. Only about ten channels on TV. Soap and shampoo supplied. Nothing in the small fridge in the room. Room service menu fairly large. Quiet, but downstairs there is a great bar. Open 12-2:45 and then again 6pm til late. Located near a lot of restaurants, groceries, banks, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful about places nearby. Not hard to get a taxi nearby, and taxis know how to get you there.
Shopping Tip : Cheap grocery to the left when you walk out of the hotel.

Price, Room size, tv channels Lack of Iron due to fire saftey and no laundry service to have it done by hotel staff after 7pm This Hotel is ideal if you are looking for a cheap bed in Dubai. However, there are certain 'ladies' in the Jockey Bar down stairs who are very hands on with the men, I would not recommend it for a couple on a romantic holiday. This place is ideal for the single male business traveller, however, there is no Iron for saftey reasons, and the ironing service provided by the hotel is not availible after 1400 ish so if you arrive in the evening you will struggle to have ironed cloths for the morning.

Hotel was clean and tidy food was fine ,bar was a fun place. Breakfast left a lot to be desired could do a lot better ,the bar is great but everybody smokes and it makes your eyes sting and your clothes stink even after just a couple of minutes in there. The hotel is in a good location near coffee shops internet cafes and retail shops and taxis are readily available from just outside ,the hotel itself is very clean and tidy ,and the bar is a great place to meet people. So all in all it was a very pleasant stay there and i will definitely stay there again.
Shopping Tip : There are lots of shops within walking distance including the burgman center a huge mall with every shop you can think of.

I have stayed in Dubai abt 8 times now in different 2-3 star hotels. This has to be one of the worst experiences uptil now. I took a friend who had never been to Dubai b4 and considering Dubai is known to be one of the most secure places for females, we had a guest walking into our room at 3.30am in the morning due to us not turning the lock on the door...u would have thought tht in the 21st century it would be a given tht as soon as ur in a room, u can get out but no1 should be able to get in without a key!
A loud nightclub on the 1st floor kept us awake on the 2nd floor till 3am every night. If u do decide to stay here make sure its on the top floor!
They dont provide irons or allow irons in the room, hotel policy!! so either iron ur clothes b4 u get there or be prepared to pay house keeping and get ur clothes 24 hours later, until then wear creased clothes.
Oh and make sure u eat ur breakfast in the breakfast area, they dont allow u to take fruit or anything with u from the buffet to ur room to snack on...hotel policy again!
They will charge u 50 dirhams to the airport via the hotel taxi whilst it should only cost u 25 max with a normal taxi...we asked for a normal one to be called for us and they called the hotel one, due to check in time we couldnt call a normal one and ended up forking out for it.
Location and room size is excellent and those rthe only things it has going for it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Bur Juman shopping centre is 10 mins walk away and has a food court upstairs...have the manchurian chicken! ;)

I couldn't early check in. I had wait for 5hour at the cold Robby. The crew of front desk was no smile, no kindness, no hospitality. I was wait for 5 hour to check in. Crew was no smile and no kindness.

Good location. Well maintained rooms. Getting taxi from this hotel is very difficult. If you want to catch the flight, please organize well before departure from this hotel. Hotel have increased the tariff recently. I am a regular customer of this hotel. Good Location . Well maintained rooms. The hotel manager is very kind & co-operative. Hotel is having in-house pubs - many foreign visitors are staying in this hotel. Best value for money. Surrounded by supermarkets including CHOIHTRAM . Very near to Burdubai busstand - but not in waking distance - hence it is difficult to get taxi ,to go to Bur Dubai bus stand , as they will refuse to come for such short distance .

Location - computer street - shopping centre - restrunt Actually the hotel was nice for the money we paid. we stayed i a higher floor to avoid the noise. Alot of resturants are within walking distances . Also the hotel is close to computer street and the computer plaza . It is recommended for families but very good for bachelors and friends. the food at the restaurant was average. the hotel price was very good . I really recommend this nice hotel.
Shopping Tip : nice if you are a computer literate

Dirty, old, not worth the money. The Panorama Hotel Bur Dubai is the most run down place I ever stayed at. The room is equipped with furniture of the 70's. It is very dirty at places that are visible, so I better don't imagine how it is in hidden places. Aircon is not adjustable and very loud, next to the bed. The staff is useless. I don't know why, but it is difficult to get a cab in this area. There is a nightclub downstairs, if you are there to make new friends it's alright, but it makes it difficult to sleep before 3 p.m. I would definitely not stay here again.
Nightlife Tip : Jockey's Pub is right downstairs.

The JOKEY' Pub is ideal for business travellers like me who prefer to take small refreshments in the late evening , after a day long business meets. The charges for drinks in thus pub is also moderate. Normally hot drinks are not available in supermarkets/wine shops in UAE exept in expensive star hotels. prefer to take rooms in top floors ( 4th or 5th floor) to avoid noicy sound from the night clubs in the down floors. Good value for money . Siatuated in the heart of Bur dubai. Hotel Feature Tip : Though the main bus stand is near do not take the risk of walking especially in the hot/humid summer days. Now the bus stops ( first time in the world ) . You can relax in the air conditioned bus stop & take a bus at your convenient. Just 2 Dhirams flat rate for most of the places in Dubai

Courtious employees. Especially Alona, in the restuarant. I stayed at the Panorama Bur Hotel during Ramadan. I was given everything I needed to make me comfortable. The staff was courtious and professional to include an accurate wake up call. The Hotel was quiet and I slept well. I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you very much...John
