reception desk is very helpful and allow me to check in early as my arrival to dubai is early and i reach the hotel nearly at noon. room is very clean but the power supply with "insert the card here" is not working, have to ask for help from maintenance office, and they are quick and efficient in working this out. overall,it's very good hotel with located within walking distance to shopping complex and mrt system.
Nightlife Tip:
There's a club 7 in the hotel and the band is very professional and play latest music beats.

i stayed at the park regis kris kin for two nights en route from australia to the uk. i arrived at the hotel dead on check in time at 2pm. i had to wait around 15 minutes for my room but this wasn't too much of a problem as i was offered a complimentary drink whilst i waited.
the deluxe queen room was very spacious as was the en suite bathroom with not one but two showers.
the rooftop pool was nice but rather small. having said that there was only myself and four other guests using it at that time.
the hotel is ideally located. 10 minutes from the airport and a short walk to the metro station. a taxi to the dubai mall was only 20 dirhams. the hotel also offer a courtesy bus to & from the dubai mall and jumeirah beach.
overall i was impressed with the park regis kris kin. the only negative point is that having stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide this is definitely not 5 star, more 4 star.

5 Star Hotel in a great location
Location so close to the metro and Ravi, Indian restaurant. Also great standard of accom supported by great service from Concierge and Housekeeping

we loved our 3 nite stay at this new hotel. the standard of accom was very high but the greatest value of the hotel is its location, some 3 mins walk to the nearest metro which takes you to dubai mall/burj khalifa and the mall of the emirates so readily and cheaply. the indian restaurant (chain) called ravi is just 2 mins walking distance and we had our meals there twice to savour the awesome lamb curry, which cost only uae 20 d, not to be missed!
its a pity we were not there on wed - friday as there is also free margaritas for ladies (which my wife would have enjoyed) and music at their rooftop floor every night. i enjoyed the view there but we were out of the hotel on tuesday and so missed the night event.
Restaurant Tip:
Dont miss the mutton curry at Ravi nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Park Regis Kris Kin. The location near the Burjaman shopping center and walking distance to a metro stop is ideal and the rooftop swimming pool is great. For the price, I recommend it.

Very large and clean rooms, the view from the top is simly amazing.

Overall it's a very good hotel, the rooms are large, nicely decorated and modern. The only negative point: Weekends they have a pool-party at the top, which is nice - however the guests cannot use the pool anymore from arround 18:00, which is quite early - there is no reason, why you cannot use the pool anymore, the party starts at 22:00.

this is my 5 or 7th stay in this hotel, i like it, its clean and good location, i like mostly the bathroom, most of the hotels they use only bath tubes, where this hotel have both , shower space and tube space, separate. they have small shop inside which i used to by tel cards cegrate ...etc, also free internet only in looby
my only comments, which i dont like it, they allow for the food delivery to deliver the food directly to the guset room espically at night, i was serpices when i saw the it, it should be deliverd by the hotel staff, which give secure to the building.
