Walkable to Bank Street, Burjuman Mall, Pharmacy, Grocery shop, ATM. Mainly, 5 mins walk to "Bombay Bites" where Masala Tea and vada pav are available, our favorite. Hotel cleanliness is ok. Breakfast free in our package. May be, little smaller rooms than expected.

I stayed in the hotel 2 days and felt that it was very nice as far as the facility is concerned. But I am not happy with the staff and their attitude towards to the guest. Especially the front office staff. If you can improve the customer service a bit, it would be beneficial.
