Our stay was only overnight. We arrived at 10pm via the airport shuttle. We were meet by friendly staff, check in was quick. Our family room was clean and beds comfortable, the bathroom was large and modern. Breakfast was great, $25.00 AUD for all as kids under 17yrs eat for free. Check out even quicker and a short drive by shuttle bus to the Airport. This was a great hotel for our transit through Dubia, there was a lot of business people staying there so it must be a great hotel for them as well. The shuttle does take you into the shopping areas. Would easily stay again.

This is a great hotel, at a very reasonable price and I would certainly stay there again, as well as recommend it to family and friends. My sister and I had a decent sized room, very quiet, extremely clean, with a single and double bed, desk, TV, closet, safe, fridge, kettle, complimentary bottles of water, coffee and tea; soap/shampoo in the bathroom, but no conditioner so take your own, ladies! There was free wi-fi but I didn't use it so can't comment on that. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so helpful and spoke perfect English. There was a swimming pool on the top floor, which looked nice but, again, didn't use. They had a bistro and a restaurant on the ground floor, very reasonable prices and great menu. The hotel is close to most things, essentially the airport, which is ten minutes away and the hotel has a free shuttle bus service going between it and the airport every half hour (if you're coming into Dubai take the lift to the lowest level, turn left and head towards where you see buses and the Premier Inn one will have a sign in the front window). Not only do the shuttles take you to the airport, but twice daily will drop you off at the major shopping malls and other attractions. What more could you ask for??!!!!!

We really enjoyed our Dubai stop-over at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening but the staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was great - very comfy bed & good bathroom...exceptionally clean & quiet given its proximity to the airport. There was a great shuttle service to & from the airport every 1/2 hour & then into the centre with stops at Dubai Mall & other points of interest. I would highly recommend this hotel. A small cafe in the hotel lobby is open 24hr & serves an excellent coffee.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Dubai Premier Inn. The shuttle bus collected us from terminal 3 and deposited at our hotel 20 minutes later. The return trip in the morning took just 10 minutes.
