Great location. Across from Metro.
Location, bars, was allowed to take guest up to room without charge....Passport of guest was required.

Hotel was clean. Had two issues when first arriving. Main line going to shower head ruptured and sprayed water all over the floor. Toilet flushing handle was not working. Reported issues to front desk. All issues were repaired in two hours. Great response. I did like the fact that i was allowed to bring a guest to the room without being charged. I will return to this hotel.

The stay was average.The night was HORRIBLE..There are 2 NIGHT CLUBS AND THESE GENERATE A HUGE AMOUNT OF NOISE at NIGHT TILL 3 AM.Complaintto staff and SOCALLED NIGHT MANAGER WAS ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
THE NOIST OF THE NIGHT CLUBS AND ITS MUSIC REVERBERATES THROUGH THE WALLS ANS BEDS ALSO.IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT TILL 3 AM.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY BODY WHO HAS TO SPEND A NIGHT .

The stay was ok, unfortunately it has a night club on the 4th floor with very loud music until 3am, so sleeping was a small problem. The staff response rate was quiet slow in terms of room service. Bar this it was fine, but would not recommend if on business but for overnight stay in Dubai for social purposes then its grand.

Not a great stay!
The location was ok, easy access to shopping places, not too far from airport

There were too much NOISE, not very resting! If you want to relax then this is definitely not the hotel for you. Too much noise and also there was a bar downstair and that was very very bad as it was just too noisy. I would not recommend this hotel unless they make some changes to it like for a start not to have a bar there!!!
