Although the rooms were comfortabe, there wa nothing special about the hotel. The most awkward thing wouldvhappen in the morning when you'd be asleep and you'd hear a knockvpn the door saying "housekeeping-room check"' followed by a person entering your room! They would open the door themself n just walk in,apparently to checkmif you're still inside! And the breakfast menu was the same everyday.

Good Hotel!

I had the city view room , which was nice but the gorgeous sunrise view made my day! Good sized rooms with all the basic amenities(I had the King size room but I'd imagine other rooms were not too small either). The breakfast menu was nice and the staff was very friendly.
City Center is a great place to shop ( no gimmicks only shopping) and you can walk straight in to it from level 2 of the hotel. Very convenient to take the metro or catch a cab to the airport (10 mins away).
Didn't get to go to the Gym or the Spa so cant comment.
Two Negatives: 1) If the hotel was not booked on a deal I wouldnt have gone for it - its priced at a higher end. 2) the sink was slightly clogged (drained slow) which was irritating - but I didn't quite get the time to report on that.

Great Location
Connected to Deira City Centre Mall. Few Minutes walk to the metro station where u can go almost anywhere with the metro with super cheap price. The hotel is clean and has big room

The staff at the reception gave us a warm welcome and we find them very friendly and accommodation. As soon as we reached the room, I felt so relaxed because of the very nice and comfortable design of the room. I love the way it was designed. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on.The breakfast is also good and offers a wide variety of food which i enjoyed. Over all the service is excellent.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is the place to go to when your main target is to go shopping since this is very close to Deira City Centre mall.

I have stayed in Pullman hotels before, and each meets the standards of the Pullman name; This one is no exception.
The Pullman is connected to the Deira City Center mall. Although it was a bit tricky to find from inside the mall (I had to ask a mall security guard), I did eventually find it. It is very convenient to step off the Metro (Diera City Center Station) and walk in an air conditioned mall to the hotel!

Good location but small room

I have suffered from the first night due to smoking room assigned to non-smoker like me. I managed to change to non-smoking floor on the next day afternoon.
The room is small and the air conditioning is not that pleasant. Very uncomfortable with the big mirror facing the bed.
