This has to be one of the better offering in Dubai today although frankly one is spoilt for choice. I like the Raffles commitment to old fashioned service. Whilst the hotel boasts a top night club on the pinnacle of the py ramidthat house the hotel, you dont need to know anything about this if you are a resident. The pool is pleasant although they do appear to have forgotten to put any foliage and plants around the place to make it more of a quiet oasis. It does have the feel of being a bit of a cement jungle with a major road running past.

modern and stunning hotel, big room and big amazing balcony, I love the bathroom, he's big with window opened to the room.
full control neer your bed to control lights and air condition.
I love the big T.V that you can directed to your bed or your big seated area.
big desk with comfortable chair.
coffee maker , complimentary bottles of water and wireless internet.

People always remeber you and great service.The pool is great ,remember to order any drinks before the 4pm(I think) cut off.Breakfast is great,bathrooms great.They will wash your car for you if you ask...and have a lexus taxi at your disposal.Spacious rooms even in the signiture rooms.Paper given wheter you want or not.A little far if you hacve to go to JBR.

Large spacious standard rooms which is more like a suite than a standard room.

this hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the concierge. i was most surprised by the more than spacious rooms and the amenities in the room. i also loved the access to a balcony overlooking the city of dubai and the rooftop gardens below. although the wafi shopping centre was mostly empty, the variety of shops was quite amazing. i would recommend this hotel to all families and business people visiting dubai.
Nightlife Tip:
Crystal Club open on Thursday and Friday nights.

Fantastic location with most AMAZING spa

Beautiful hotel <20 minutes from airport, but close to shopping, restaurants etc. Club room was huge and luxurious. Balcony was a bonus as overlooked Dubai skyline. Spa was absolutely fantastic and very highly recommended for anyone needing to 'get away from it all'. The club lounge was comfortable and well staffed...selection great so did not have to go out and eat..(though did to the Chinese which again is a must do0
Travel tip:
Get a regular metered taxi to hotel as is 1/4 of price of limo cars.
