The fountain view was expected, to be given 31st floor was a bonus. The location which is 10 minutes walking from Dubai Mall gives grea access for shopping. Nearby groceries store for supply to cook in the room. No supply of washing powder for the washing machine though. Internet wireless is limited to 1 device per room. In summary it is worth for the fountain view if you are first time in Dubai

Great location and fantastic view, ok apartment

The great view from the hotel room was the highlight of the stay. If you are staying there, go for the room with the view of fountain and Burj Khalifa. Room service was prompt and food was pretty good at reasonable prices. Room was ok only, not very well maintained. It was a service apartment with a rather well equiped kitchen but from the checklist in the cabinet, we realised quite a lot of items are missing. Floor also feels a bit sticky. Housekeeping is almost non existent. On the 1st day we went out at 10am and came back about 4pm only to realise the room has not been cleaned. Called to ask for clean towels and housekeeping to be done, only to have someone deliver the towels and we have to call again to ask for the housekeeper. Next day we went out at 10am again. We told the reception to ask the housekeeper to clean up the room and she said ok. When we came back in the afternoon it was not cleaned again. But we were too tired and wanted to rest so did not call for it. On check out, we asked about the housekeeping and were told they start at 3pm, I wonder why. Overall value for money if you can tolerant a not very well maintained room.
