Doesn't cost much to provide coffee maker
Staff is reasonable. Attended to room problems promptly. Location is ok depending on your needs. Big shopping is opposite to it but too costly. Alcoholic drinks available but very costly. They keep passport with them and it looked less than satisfactory. Small Indian food outlets available close by. I may not go there again because I found better and more convenient hotels for my purpose are available. If you want Indian food and like to shop electronics, Meena bazaar area is better option

nice restaurant inside. try the japanese night
2nd floor over the discotheque is incredible noisy.
ask to be on top floor in advance, refuse the 2nd floor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : take 5 minutes ride to Abra (near the river, visit the souk/market, buy an indian carpet (beautiful), cross the river with 1 dirham little boat, eat a sharwa kebab and a fruit juice for 15 dh and visit the gold souk 5 minute walking. you do not need anything else fom Dubai. you did the best

Over priced, small modest rooms by Dubai standards, disco noise and construction noise i.e pile driving at 4 a.m., over rated, it's not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination!
A star rating of between 2 and 3 is more realistic. The Ramee group describe their hotel as a luxury product on the Regent Palace Hotel website, this should not be confused with the many luxury hotels in Dubai. The room was small by Dubai standards, although sufficient, a little dated and modest for the price. The disco and associated noise street night can be heard in the early hours which is not uncommon but it was the heavy road works at around 4 o'clock in the morning that was a bit suprising. There was alot of construction happening in front of the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : Shop around for a better hotel for the same price!

Very good location, with comfortable rooms. The breakfast spread was good & the staff very helpful, polite & attentive.
The room decor was very garish. The breakfast tables took very long to be cleaned between use by guests. In fact the waiters had to be told to clean the table by almost everyone I saw at breakfast.
A good place to stay for a business traveler or tourist. The staff at check in were kind enough to give me a room on a higher floor as requested. The nightclub does get loud & can be a bit of a disturbance for a light sleeper though I had no complaints. Overall a very satisfactory place to stay & I would definitely stay here again.
Travel tip : There are a number of eating options within walking distance of the hotel. Go to the Bollywood Cafe only if you are fond of Indian Hindi film music & unemotional dancing girls.

In the heart of Dubai and very close to shopping malls and various restaurant and sights.
need to have a variations of menu on the breakfast buffet from one day to another, need to show and explain all the spend bill and computation of deposit from prepaid and charges to the guest.
Well over all the hotel is ok and fair enough with current rates against the experienced. Need to offer more services. And TVchannels also, upgrade the facility of internet service, music facility and usb connection for audio, video and multi media in the room. The ecperienced is great and over whelming with the kind of hospitality they provide. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, surely this will be repeated again in the future.
Shopping Tip : Front of the hotel is the best shopping area where you can find absolutely fine products and accessories. Restaurant of all kinds are nearby as well.
