Couples Philippines, April 06, 2013	Easy and comfortable Location, comfy bed & cozy room 6 My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, here is the summary of our stay Check-in: was fast, I was pleased with the welcome drinks and hot towels that was offered to us, I just hope the reception will smile more Room: I didn't expect it to be that cozy; overall I like our room; bathroom is small but ok for a short stay. Location: its was so easy to find, right next to the Metro! which for a tourist like us is such a plus plus Breakfast: this disappoint me big time; we reached the restaurant at 9am, the food station is in the far dark corner and super untidy! Food is standard- the waitress are untrained we have to beg them to give us cutleries and coffee. I skipped the 2nd bfast Would I recommend this to a friend, stay- yes but not the bfast

The hotel could do with a revamp as very old style and not soundproof but great location on Main Street with everything nearby & large rooms . The staff were friendly but can say not for children

The staff level could do with bit of imrovement. the breakfast was quite good there was a choice of indian and continental. Beauty was that its wa;lking distance to any place.

The hotel already old, need some refresh interior design to make this hotel more competitive. The best of this hotel is location, only 2 mnt walking distance to Bur Jurman mall malll and Metro station.Breakfast just so so, not many option menu.

No problems! The front desk agent gladly called the hotel and got my passport . Restaurant Tip: Take the metro to DEIRA City Center , or go one station on Green line Al Fahidii station and voila ! You are in Mina BAZAR !

There was an issue with some hotel guests while we were there.. very noisy and aggressive at 5.00 a.m ..The staff handled the incident with absolutely professional behavior .. I was very impressed. The meals were great and our romm was very nice and spotlessly clean ..

There are also some nice eateries within the Hotel and I like the sea food at the cafe. The room had a strong smell of oil/perfume. The room come with a king size bed, but is actually 2 single beds (with 2 single mattresses)push together and covered by a king size sheet. This is not the most comfortable combination as there is a protruding in the middle where the 2 single beds meet. The toilet could be cleaner and the shower curtain smells ... My room was also unfrotunately above the night club/dance hall, and the low humming and pulsating noise stays till after 2.30am.
