stayed at hotel for 7days hotel location very good clean room staff ok could do with a bit more utencil in the kitchen like more tea cups and mugs. room service not up to standard sometime no towels in the bathroom sometime bed not done and room not cleaned. i liked my stay at richmond hotel the hotel is well located with easy to reach to shops mosque bus stop and resturants.the hotel is clean with good size swimingpool and gym.the rooms ara big with all the neccasary things although it would be nice if they can change the old type of tv and replace them flat screen tv.staff are not very friendly may be because of language barrier but i will book the hotel again when i go to dubai again

I arrived in the hotel early in the morning because I needed to sleep after a terrible night on the plane and it was raining non-stop anyway. Of course, I wasn't supposed to check in that early. At first, the porter couldn't even find my booking (which I had only organized 1.5 days earlier) but he wanted to get me another, pricier room, because everything else was full at that moment. I ended up switching rooms after a couple of minutes because someone had already booked the room he put me in at first. But in the end, after someone else had checked out, they could already get me into the room I had booked for the afternoon. I could finally catch up on my sleep - and they didn't make me pay any extra, even though I actually stayed half a day longer than I had paid for. I thought that was extremely generous and customer-oriented!
