Designed in a simple and clean style with an aroma of fresh roses in the corridor, setting a comfortable ambiance. For a satisfying shopping session, head over to the Burjuman shopping center in front of the hotel with a minute walking distance. The Dubai Creek is a top attraction, just 5 minutes away. The hotel's outdoor pool is a perfect spot to be in the late afternoon and the fitness center is fairly new and adequate for most fitness enthusiasts. A family-friendly hotel in the heart of the city. Every guestroom features a free internet access.
Our hotel apartments are preferred for Families, to respect the same we accommodate couples who are married. Single bachelors are also welcome but due to security reasons they cannot have any visitors in their apartment/s except parents, brothers & sisters if sufficient photo ID documents are provided. All other visitors are also welcome, but they can visit the guests only in the lobby or in our coffee shop.
Child Policy: Child less than 12 yrs can be accommodated free of charge with the existing bed arrangements, 12 years & above will be considered as adult.
Children and extra beds:Guests over 3 years old are considered as adults. Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose, please check the individual room policy for more details.

Had booked the hotel through internet and when we arrived my wife and I arrived at the hotel we were surprised at the quality of the hotel at the amazing low room rate. Check in and check out was very efficient. Rooms were big and clean. Hotel was centrally located and few minutes walk to the metro and bus stop. The staff was very accommodating and did everything that we requested for. For example I needed urgently photo copies of some documents and they did this immediately and without any charge. We will certainly stay there again and not experiment with any other hotels. I travel frequently to Dubai and have tried many hotels.

It is a little difficult to find, like all small properties in Dubai - therefore prepare a good map to show to the taxi driver.
- great location right behind Bur Juman Mall
- 5 minutes to Bur Juman metro station
- Studio is a large room, with large fridge and Microwave, ironing facilities
- good bed
- only TV channels could be with more variety
