Very Nice hotel great reception on arrival. Lovely room. Good facilities. coudn't get a seat in the roof top bar because it was all reserved. We were not informed of this and very very dissapointed in the reception not sorting this out for us. A very nice hotel with great facilities, People were really nice. It was a bit out of the centre but it was what we wanted because we wanted to be near the bus station to get the bus to Abu Dhabi. There is plenty of restaurants and a great irish bar next to Ascot Hotel that gave a great reception. The Manager was nice and came over to speak to us, he also bought us a drink which was good of him, we also ate here and that was nice to.. He was british and gave us some good information. We had a meal in the Thia/Chinese restaurant in Ascot Hotel which was very nice. Overall we would Recommend this hotel and the Ascot next door.

Central location and reasonable price Loud music on Fri, Sat & Sun evening until about 1am from bar on rooftop. Have visited this hotel once before but was disappointed this time. Mini bar was not refreshed at all during our stay, we had to request room service to replace each evening. And although the bar on the roof is very nice, it is called Chill, but it is far from chilling if you require sleep before 1am on the weekend. Apparently, on complaining on check out, numerous guests had also complained. Other than that would recommend it.

This hotel is located very near to the Mina Bazaar, which has a gold souk and other items which may be of interest in terms of shopping. The hotel itself is very nice, with a good room size. The breakfast given wasn't the best however, for a short duration this hotel was more than enough for our requirements.

Good location, In-hotel restaurants are excellent. Good to stay in the middle of commercial town, Dubai. Services are in general satisfactory and quick. Fitness room and swiming poor are cazy and enough to exercise. Room interior is to be improved for a modern 5 star hotel. Hotel charge given by booking thorugh AGODA was reasonable and cost-effective.

The hotel is 5 stars with very good location close to the beach and most of the shopping malls. Some civil workers in front of the hotel made the accessibility a little bit hard. I did enjoy my stay in the hotel although it was Ramadan time for Muslim people which means most of the shopping and leisure areas were closed, or opened during the evening only. But I had beautiful moments there and had a trip to the beach and a Safari to the Dessert.
Shopping Tip : Very close to shopping malls in Dubai city center.

Don't let the photos get to you. I have seen better 3* hotels. The furniture seems old, although the staff was very helpful. Breakfast is not included. We were in Dubai right in the middle of Ramadan, so you can't get food anywhere during day time. The room is ok, but the carpet needs cleaning. We booked this hotel on a hot deal, so we payed cheaper. We will not pay the full amount for this hotel if it wasn't for the hot deal.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the Big Bus City Tour, it will save you 2 days taxi money.

Good atmosphere in the interior of the Arabian style hotel. Hotels in Dubai are high for the price I had a luxury hotel. It was also good for employees. In the greed, the kitchen was in the room, the kitchen is great for the shower room and spacious rooms in any good.
