i was a pleasant stay and good experience in this hotel which is situated in the middle of the deira area, very convinient location and a very attractive bar and night club in the lobby and ubber floor, with incredible massage service.

only one night staying there, so cant comment well. the water pressure for bath room is not so good. the online booking service is also poor. after booked, i would like to make special request for airport transfer, and also use my personal email to directly send to their hotel, there is no reply at all, no response. finally i had to make phone call and the receptionist asked me to use email, was it funny? i refused to do so and finally use phone call to book for two taxis, due to my arrival was in early morning 2am.
but overall the hotel service is good. near to mall and metro station.

the hotel rate from agoda quite good if compare with walk-in rate. the room is ok for 2star hotel. the hotel got 2pubs at lobby and 2nd floor if you need quiet,floor 4-5 is good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk around 15-20mins from hotel to Dubai creek and then get boat around 5mins to Dubai Museum. Not bad for traveler. Or you going by train to Dubai Mall, Burj Dubai or visit the highest building at Burj Khalifah.

The staff are friedly and easy to go along with. Beddings should be neat and clean.Pillows and cases looked worned out. Some cabinets and wardrove need to be cleaned or wiped off dust or dirt. The main issue is the air-conditioner control knob which has only one temperature control for 3 or more rooms, this create problems between occupants because they couldn't adjust room temperature to his liking as others would re-adjust also.
Travel tip:
The hotel has an ideal to stay since it transportations are ver accessible. Just a few feet away is the Metro Dubai train station. Bus stop is just outside the hotel.

rooms are really neat and clean even toilet. but bath tower was broken and tied by duet tape. central a.c was available but until morning 3pm it was not working also deadly intercom available in the room. several time I complained reception. around morning 3 pm they repaired a.c . well, all staff are very nice/.

Had a change in itinerary, and ended up getting to the hotel the night before my reservation.
The staff was very helpful in getting me a room and quickly.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but comfortable.
No room service, but it wasn't a big deal as there are food places nearby.
Overall an excellent deal for price and location.
