Terrible location, terrible service

None of the taxi drivers could find this place. We had the address from agoda but the drivers kept on driving around in circles for about half an hour. This was on 2 occasions. When we finally arrived, we asked the 2 guys at the reception desk to call our tour company and explain where the hotel was as they were meant to be picking us up in 2 hours for our tour and given the trouble we had with the taxi, I didnt want them to get lost. The guys refused to call and said that we could call from the room. I asked them again if they could do it for me because of the language barrier, and I couldnt explain where the hotel is as I didnt know myself. They still refused and instead said "tell them its at the back of the new gold souk". This irritated me. Then when we got to the room, it only had one towel. Though, the room was huge. But it was quite dirty. A build up of grime in the kitchen. I tried to use the phone in the room to call the tour company but after trying many combinations with the calling codes, I couldnt get through. So we went down again to reception and there was someone new there, and they finally helped us and called for us. I wouldnt stay here again. It was too far from places and the taxi drivers have never heard of it.
