Very good service, but the room needs maintenance.

This is the cheapest find I can get hold of from internet. It takes about 20mins to reach from the airport. To the city it's another 40mins away via public transport. It's the cheapest i can find for a short stay so would recommend it to others ONLY if they need a short stay. The hotel should improve on their cleanliness. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly, I could see some stains on it, and the aircon was so noisy that I had to turn it off to get a good night's rest. I could hear the loud music coming from a nightclub despite staying on the 6th floor, which is the 2nd highest storey well into the wee hours of night.
However the good responsive service all made up for the unpleasantries. The staff are there to help you with anything with a smile.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Stay only if you have a short stay in Dubai and in need of something cheap.

Overall, Rush Inn Hotel is really the place for those travelers who are looking for a budget hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
From the hotel to the Metro station (Khalid Bin Al Waleed), you can go to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the Atlantis Hotel (The Palm, with Monorail ride).

I found the service very good. The staff at the counter were very helpful. A gentleman i did not get his name but tamil speaking was very professional and helpful. The room was comfortable, neat and clean.

Nightlife Tip:
Avoid lower floor rooms as the African nightclub downstairs is load til 3am

the hotel is nice compared to the money you pay.
the hotel open buffet (breakfast) is nice. people there are helpful and willing to ease your stay. but,,,,,,, the night clubs is the disaster. you wont sleep well!!!!. 3 night clubs are running on your head while you are trying to have a peaceful sleep?!!!!....

Very near the metro station which makes it a great place to stay as it gives you access to the whole of dubai through its metro network...
Shopping Tip:
Always survey for prices before buying from the opposite shops as we were ripped off..

I had a great holliday it was a very convenient place to reside considering the fact that it is in the midst of the city and it comes alive at night.The room are spacious and well catered for by the staff.Transport is readily available .
Nightlife Tip:
The Hotel has its own entertainment centres and if you are not happy there you can walk across the road and hear some live music/ Disco.

Value for money in BUR DUBAI

i have stayed in this hotel from 10/16/2010 - 10/30/2010 . i have stayed in this hotel many times. cleanliness in room is ok . however, they have to improve complementary breakfast. no varieties . same menu on all days . since i stayed there for over 2 weeks , i could realise this.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Better ask for rooms in upper floor. Two / three night clubs are there in Ist floor that make noice throught the night ( till early morning ) & disturbs the sleep.
