The location of the hotel is great There is the noise of the nightclub which is disturbing at night.
Cleanliness of the room can be improved The location of Rush Inn is very good with great transport connectivity. The neighbourhood is bustling with shops and supermarkets and restaurants.
However, it has a night club and rooms above the night club could be very distrubing from the noise and live performances the hotel holds every night.
Besides this, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room can be improved to a certain degree and the breakfast could do with a few more vegetarian dishes.
Restaurant Tip : There is an Indian vegetarian restaurant just opposite the road.

It's cheap. You want 5 star you have to pay for it. No internet but internet cafes abound across the road. I stayed 2 weeks. There was some vibration from the niteclub but did not keep me awake. My room was cleaned every day. The staff were fantastic, could not have been more friendly or helpful. A little humility and a smile work wonders.
Travel tip : York International opposite sells Kilkenny and Guiness on draught.

A cleaner opened the door without knocking. This hotel is located in the Bur Dubai. It is so convinient for costomers to get a bus or taxi for some places, like Gold Souq, The Greek. One thing not quite nice is a cleanner opening door without knocking....

I was pleasantly suprised with the hotel. There is also free breakfast provided in the morning.
Hotel Feature Tip : Getting to the hotel can be a pain in the butt. No taxi knows how to get to the hotel and if they get you to a Swati, it is the wrong Swati hotel. Make sure you don't get dropped off at the Swati Deluxe Hotel. That is not the right hotel.

We stayed there for a week - good experience all around. We loved the shopping in the Indian neighborhood - friendly, funky, and affordable. Internet cafes, laundry, etc. nearby.
They recharged our cellphone at the desk; helped us secure taxis and limos.
The breakfast buffet has an Indian feel.
The hotel is closer to the main attractions in Dubai than most other lower cost hotels.

They charged me 100 Dm for one extra bed. I felt like that was too much.

Very easy access to the city's cheap enough. I personally have a positive impression on employees. Equipment is old, there is no bathtub. Do not despair if you think the place only for sleep and rest. Does it feel good to the hotel was the best personality of employees. ITA things bellhop was surprised to remember that he stayed six months ago. Quit passing the passport check-in and arrival, early in the process. The fee that is WI-FI available, the room lights to work in the dark is not so good hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : PASUTAKIA, SUKUKABIRU is going to walk, and provide easy access to the area from which DIRA in Abra. Jumeirah is a bus towards the opposite side of the hotel, GUBAIBABASUSUTESHON once, then bus X25 square RI F ERE 4Dh if it would go.
