Centrally located, walkable distance to a lot of Indian food joints in Bur Dubai. Good for a one night stay/Business visits.
Bathrooms are not up to the standard.
Restaurant Tip : Arab Udipi Hotel on the opposite...Walk for 5 minutes down the opposite road to the hotel will take you to Bur Dubai market area.. Yow will find Saravana Bhavan,Sangeeta, Vasanth Bhavan, Bhuhari's and many small indian joints as well.

The Chicken Tikka ordered from room service arrived without rice or bread- I had to order this separately after delivery; the Mini bar was stocked with soft drinks only
The Seashell was closeby a favourite bar in a nearby hotel, so I'd planned on staying over instead of making a mid- morning taxi trip up the SZR back to Marina. That afternoon, I clocked onto Agoda and settled on the Seashell. I knew it to be a relatively modern and shiny building set among greyer parts of Bur Dubai. Later that evening I was asked "Where do you live"?; and confirmed "In a Seashell". She laughed. The level of service quality generally was proficient and above average for the area: the breakfast worth arising including fresh tomatoes and cucumber, yougurt and juice, brewed coffee and pastries.
Hotel Feature Tip : The breakfast is worth getting up for.
Ensure last order for room service for the Rye by 3.00 am when the bar closes

Best location in Bur Dubai , close to shopping centres , very close Indian Restaurants , local transport easily available and safe.
softer Pillows required to be introduced.
Breakfast variety to be enhanced and required change every day.
The star hotel is excellent and value for money . Staff was cosy and helpful in guiding your visits to city at reasonable prices.Location , comfortable stay and safe.Overall , the stay was enjoyable and memorable.
