great hotel in a fantastic location, rooms overlooking the creek are great, close to clock tower, 3 minute drive by taxi to deira city centre, 10 minutes drive to merdifa city centre....
nice hotel facilities with tennis court, pool, table tennis, well equipped rooms with great service, respond immediately after you ask for anything, highly recommended for business travelers conducting duties in deira

Fabulous location right on the Creek

On arrival at the Hotel at 0100am in the morning we were greeted by friendly and very polite staff. We were most impressed by the cleanliness of the whole property and the vastness of the foyer/reception area. Our room was also spacious and very well appointed - fabulous pillows and we appreciated daily complimentary bottled water.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
As we had limited time in Dubai, we found the Hop on/Hop off bus our best option for seeing as much as possible.

Friendly welcoming staff from airport pick up/drop off, check in made easy, spa facility great massage, good clean room and the gym small but effective.
The only down was the walk from elevator to room stuffy musky smell.

would recommend sheraton creek towers to dubai travellers. staff extremely obliging and polite even when booking us in after 1am late arrival. junior suite quite comfortable and pool excellent way to relax and cool off from the heat. breakfast selection caters for all with friendly staff on hand to assist.
well worth a stay for the price.
Shopping Tip:
Catch the monorail/train and buy a day pass - once on the system easier to get around shopping complexes and cheaper than taxis

Hotel Feature Tip:
request one of the newly renovated rooms irrespective of whether you are classic or towers or city or creek, as the bathrooms are better equipped/cleaner/nicer, while the bedrooms have more appropriate lighting for working.

beautiful property with great facilities situated on the stunning dubai creek, close to the dubai airport and sharjah industrial-business areas, as well as union metro for access to tourist sights/shopping areas

the hotel is located near deira with stunning views of the dubai creek. i would recommend to both business travellers (as it is close to the financial centres on sheik zhayed road as well as a short taxi ride of about 20 minutes to the industrial-business areas of sharjah), while it is is also great for tourists/holiday travellers (due to a close proximity or 10 min walk to the union metro station).
the hotel has great facilities, with respect to the gym, sauna and steam room, while it has a wide selection of high quality restaurants and bar areas located in the lobby. the rooms are split between newly renovated and modern rooms, as well as the slightly older rooms that have not been upgraded/updated at this time.

Good hotel for short stay

I picked Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers mainly because it was not far from the airport, and it is next to the Dubai Creek. While the view was not spectacular, it was nice to have breakfast overlooking the Creek. The hotel is a short (5 to 10 mins) and cheap (4 Dirham) river taxi ride from Bur Dubai and Deira (historic districts in Dubai), which are full of small markets and souqs to explore.

A very bland hotel, friendly staff, but no outstanding features. Don't use the private taxis that hang around the hotel, they overcharge big time, use a metered taxi always!

We were very happy with our stay at the sheraton dubai creek hotel and towers. We were able to upgrade out room and make use of the exec. lounge which was great. All the staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Restaurant Tip:
The Vivaldi restaurant was superb. The food was good and if the weather is good enough the verandah is lovely with a good view of the creek.
