We were surprised by the lack of patrons at their main restaurant in the evenings, they don't know what they were missing. The setting with views to the Burj's and the sea made memorable evenings,well after the sun went down. All the staff and particularly those in the Club lounge made for an extremley pleasant stay. Top quality staff always make a difference and here the Sheraton wins hands down.

They should check the nb of each taxi or warn the guests of cheating practices

Excelent hotel experience.
Club lounge, gymnasium, close to Mall of the Emirates.

I enjoyed my stay from the outset. Staff were polite, efficient and very helpful; the room was well appointed and comfortable, and hotel facilities such as the Club Lounge gymnasium, swimming pool and steam room were particularly memorable. The Hotel offered the convenience of proximity to great shopping and the Ski Dubai experience. There was also a very efficient and well priced airport transfer service.
