My room is very new & clean with chick design. Toilet & bathroom are separate, so; sometime you have to run to another room. Great location for walkable distance to Mall of Emirates. The restaurant has very limited choices and you must order from their menu; which you cannot see the look of the foods.

Good Price, Great Location
It is only 5 mins walk to the Mall of Emirates. Room is clean, separate bath and toilet but shower area too small. Internet available in the room but only cable no WiFi

The hotel is ok but far away from the city. the best thing is that emirates mall is just next to it. but they tell you the station is close when infact it is not as you expect, especially in the summer.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Emirates mall is just next to it, however the city is little far. I expected the train station to be very close, but instead you have to walk a little to reach it. In cold weather it is nice to walk but for sure in summer it will be difficult.

The hotel is great and also their service but the problem is that they are very far from the city center it takes around half an hour to reach the city by taxi and i dont like to use train but it was not very close from the hotel.

Suite Novotel Mall of the Emirates Dubai is quite a great business hotel i tried in dubai so far. reason is because they have quite many shops near by the hotel, making it very convenient for travelers. especially the huge mall of emirates, which is just 5 minutes walk away. hotel itself is very clean and neat. staffs are great too. i love to chilled at the bar at the lobby. only thing is the weather in dubai, but you cant help it. other than that, everything else is great!

first of all, i've been to dubai several times, but this time i believe i made the right choice in choosing my hotels. novotel provide excellent service and friendly staff during your stay, while giving you nice and clean rooms, gym, and pool.
the location is the key- located ~3min walking distance from the mall of the emirates, which is excellent for your everyday glocery shopping and proximity to rta metro.
overall, this is excellent hotel, and is definitely highly recommended to any travellers, both business and/or tourism.
