I Definitely don't recommend this hotel
Uncooperative staff and I got different room type that i see in the website.
I shorten my stay and didn't receive refund and I ask for the hotel policy if and they refuse to provide me with. I request to speck to the duty manger and they said he can't help you.
The room is dirty too. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

1. studio bathroom lacking in good ventilation and long mirror.
2. studio room has no carpet, cold floor, cold room
3. studio room: small cabinet space, no area for luggage

5 star luxury minus the service

Stayed a nite for a business meeting. Location is really strategic as its nearby to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall etc. Rooms are as what you expected of a 5 star hotel, luxurious, comfort, modern etc. However, i have a bad experience with one Korean reception girl who declined my request for a late check out as i was still in a meeting there. As a result of her poor hospitality, i have check out with my pregnant wife and she waited at the lobby the whole day. Bad customer service decision there.

i was upgraded to one bedroom apartment. but the view from the flat was not good.
check in desk staff was very kind.
security guy at the elevator lobby was horribly obnoxious!
duty manager was not professional.
upon check out, asked me to pay phone bill. wen i told them that i didn't even touch the phone, they told me that the phone call was made from my flat at night! i was scared if anybody came to my room and made a call! but the staff was just keep saying " that's fine no need to pay".
i had leave without soling the issue as the staff couldn't speak english and understand.
overall not very professional staff!!!
Shopping Tip:
Dubai mall is in walking distance!

Very nice room with woderful view to the sea. the location of the hotel good with respect to Dubai mall. however, you should be careful not to miss the hotel turn (if you come to the hotel with your own car as there are two adajcent Hotels having similar names)

Worth staying in one bedroom residence

One bedroom residence gets you a great living space for a good price. Would recommend it.
The hotel is not accommodating for families with children therefore it is not a popular family destination...great news for some who are looking to avoid the noise.
