Great location, poor service

Let down a lovely location with a lack of attention to detail and abrupt attitude. Over 30 min to check in, when I asked the guy in the suit how much longer he said, "he told you it's being made ready". Referring to the guy that was completing our checking in but had actually started serving another customer. When I said I haven't been told anything he then jumped into action. You can't tarnish the entire hotel on the abrupt attitude of one staff member, but that was only the first experience.
The second was I had to ring 2 twice over 16 hours about laundry that needed picking up.
The third was I had left the room at 8am and returned to the room at 3:10pm, room unmade.
The fourth was I needed a new entry key as I left them in the room. When I asked the guy in a suit standing near the front desk all he said was "ID, you must show ID". He could see that I wasn't happy being spoken to in this tone he then tried to recover the situation by explaining why he asked for ID. Even though the gent behind the counter had recognised me from the day before.
There were a couple of more poor points but I think you get the message

歩いて数十秒で隣りにあるスーク・アルハバールに行けます。
レイクを見ながら散歩しているとドバイモールもすぐ近くです。
食事とお買い物はすべてこのホテル付近で満喫できます。
レイクビューからファウンテンビューにアップグレードしていただいたので夜はテラスからドバイファウンテンが見えてとても美しかったです。
ファウンテンショーの時間帯はドバイモールのレストランはとても混みますので予約することをおすすめします。
部屋はアラビックスタイルで、ベッド＆ピローは最高の寝心地でした。
洗面台が２つあるので、ご家族やカップルで宿泊しても使い勝手がよいと思います。
歯ブラシ以外はソーイングキットまで揃っています。
部屋でのインターネットアクセスも無料です。
シャワーブースはレインシャワーとノズルシャワーがありますが、排水溝への傾斜が十分でないようで外に水が漏れたことが残念でした。
ビジネスセンターには２台のPCがあり、プリンターも完備されています。
コーヒーやちょっとしたデザートも用意されていました。
スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。
コンシェルジュクラスは少し堅いように感じましたが、プロフェッショナルだからこそでしょう。
ホテルエントランス前の歩道が石畳なので、ヒールで歩くのに少し気を遣います。
立地がよく、ファリシティも充実している素晴らしいホテルです。
まるで自分の部屋にいるような快適さでした。
またぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。
