Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Excellent; staff very helpful and friendly.
Very comfortable; large rooms and very quiet overall. Great roof-top swimming pool and gym.

Have stayed before in this hotel and every time again the hotel-staff was friendly and helpful. Without a problem at busy times, an upgrade of the room to a suite was given. Quick check-in and check-out procedures. Will stay again definitely.

this hotel is in a very indian area so excellent for indian food eateries.
close to dubai metro for easy access to practically anywhere in the city.
although there are no night clubs available in the hotel you can find lots in the two nearby hotels that are a short walk away.

Long on promise but doesnt live upto expectations
Spacious rooms, easy on the eye

The absence of free wi-fi in this day and age is a severe downer.
The service staff appear hassled and stressed. Weary smiles, indifference--arriving at 10.15 for a breakfast buffet that closed at 10.30 , I was told that none of the empty serving dishes would be re-filled nor would I be given a portion separately. Wasn't offered any tea or coffee. When I pointed that out when leaving, there was a weary shrug but next morning promptly without even a bye your leave a cup of coffee, which I dont drink, was on my table--nobody bothered to ask if I wanted tea or coffee.
Asking for the mangagers name and contact number at the desk worried the staff no end. Finally I got the name and number of the managers secretary!!!! have never had such an experience at a good hotel.
The rooms are clean ,spacious and well appointed but all the fittings including the bathroom seem somehow geared towards saving costs. The bathroom taps only ran hot water or were not working properly and the shower was at best gentle.
Adequate sized beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows.
The location is close to the airport , is rather bare of any entertainment or large malls and is a trifle far from Deira or Bur-Dubai/Downtown but has a metro station nearby as well as quite a few restaurants nearby including Indian veg ones opposite. The hotel food is average and nothing to write home about.
Better value for money hotels are available in town with friendlier staff and better service.
Travel tip:
An interesting bakery across the road that is worth exploring

A little invisible to the eye- but a lovely hotel!
Lovely "standard" rooms, good gym, decent breakfast.

Time Grand Plaza in Al Qusais is quiet a lovely hotel at it's heart. Once you are well and settled and absorb yourself in the room and hotel facilities you come to realize it's quiet a nice place. Unfortunately my taxi driver couldn't find it and i had to point it out by noticing the bland "time" imprinted on the wall as opposed to most other eye catching hotel logos.
The hotel though does have some issues. Our flight arrived at an odd time which mean we booked for the night "After" our arrival date (though it was way after midnight). We had to buy an "executive" room for the night, which to be honest is barely any better than a standard room. The staff seemed relatively careless and very slow and there was almost always constantly a little line.
The location is another issue, not that the location is terrible but Al Qusais is one of the least appealing places on the metro map and feels "distant" as opposed to other suburbs like Deira. Despite this, the beds were very comfortable, room decore was lovely and vibrant, hotel was overall clean and breakfast was decent.
I would definitely not recommend the "executive" suite, as for the price is barely offers more than a standard room (our view was better in the standard). Internet is not complimentary and relatively pricey, use the internet cafe a few shops down for 1/5th of the price.
The gym was very good and pool also welcoming. Overall time hotel at its heart is a lovely hotel, but it has some short comings that makes this quiet a few steps away from being anything beyond "Good" and certainly not remarkable.
