it was a nice time that i spent on Dubai on this hotel with the family, the suit was well equipped and clean with two bathroom, kitchen and living room. i recommend this hotel for families. the area is quit and easy to reach.

"Very Good Hotel"
Very good customer service & child-friendly amenities. Spacious living/dining & kitchen area with modern fittings.

Very good hotel with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend it for family with children, good activities for children. Very good meals as well. We all loved and enjoyed our stay and definitely stay there again.
Be sure to carry a hotel card especially when using taxi, because the hotel recently changed it's name so a little confusing for taxi driver to locate the hotel using the new name.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is situated approximately about 5-10 minutes drive to Mall of Emirates by taxi, however, walking distance to the metro station on a cool day is advisable to use the metro to the malls also cheaper. The hotel also just changed their name so can be confusing to the taxi driver since they know it with it's old name - advisable to carry hotel card for directions, it was abit frustrating having to explain to taxi drivers where the hotel is located.

I took 3 bedroom suite as I was traveling with my kids, it was spacious and clean, the swimming pool was nice, kids had fun in it. Friendly staff. Great location in Barsha. But the internet was costly.
However, I had to wait long time before I was able to check in to my suite as my rooms were not ready, however, the great friendliness from the staff as they offered temporary a room with free launch on the hotel to order to the room to overcome this delayness and make it up for their guests. In addition, their management called us and apologized for the delay caused and also offered us a free transoport to the airport on our checkout which made us feel better and less distrubed.
Shopping Tip:
dubai mall is best spot to shop- all in one spot
