I've stayed at the Traders in a few locations in Asia and they are always comfortable. I just wish they would ban smoking from the bar as clothing just stinks for days afterwards. The room is great with fast internet and the breakfasts are excellent, but be warned that if you stay in the Traders Club and you take breakfast downstairs in the main restaurant, they bill you extra, which I believe is somewhat unfair. Its worth noting that The Traders Club Lounge will be renovated soon so don't get caught out by paying for this service and then finding its not there.

I was traveling through Dubai and had a long delay between flights, so chose this hotel to stay in for a name. Internet is included, which is nice surprise since most hotels charge a huge amount for it. There was no wi-fi though. Not super close to the airport since I needed to do some quick shopping, but perfect for what I needed.

very good hotel but far from town.... very convenient to access sub way station by 5 mins walk. very good service in club lounge. no time to use gym due to tight sight seeing.. weather is too hot and reach 42c.. make sure drink more water..

Always enjoy staying at the Traders. The rooms stock everything a traveller may need, including sewing kit with scissors. Rooms are comfortable, Club Floors are well worth it - a very peaceful retreat. After many visits, I have found the staff have consistently been friendly and helpful. It's a good hotel for a short or longer stay, well-located with usually no wait or only a short wait for a taxi.

The staff were friendly and helpful. After being ripped off by Dubai taxi from airport staff hotel staff tried to correct the first bad impression of Dubai and they succeeded.
Breakfast was excellent and service was good.I booked 2 rooms and unfortunately 1 had a bad smell.
An improvement would be to have free wifi connection to all rooms.
