Lots of Bed Bugs on the BED

Dissapointed stay the bed was full with bed bugs, had complaint about it & front desk promised us to change the room but after sometime they refuse to change the room sayin all rooms are fully booked, had to call 5 times front desk & house keeping just to get the tissues, it did arrive but in 2 hours time. shower was also leaking from the sides.
Over all bad experience.

good location with good room size

everything is good about the hotel except that the metro station i.e burjuman is 1 kms away. so at times it feels far specially when u are exhausted walking in the mall for whole day.
wi fi not avialable in the room u have to go to lobby to access the same
