Lots of Bed Bugs on the BED

Dissapointed stay the bed was full with bed bugs, had complaint about it & front desk promised us to change the room but after sometime they refuse to change the room sayin all rooms are fully booked, had to call 5 times front desk & house keeping just to get the tissues, it did arrive but in 2 hours time. shower was also leaking from the sides.
Over all bad experience.

everything is good about the hotel except that the metro station i.e burjuman is 1 kms away. so at times it feels far specially when u are exhausted walking in the mall for whole day.
wi fi not avialable in the room u have to go to lobby to access the same

near to mrt station
a little bit difficult for most of the dubai taxi driver to get there, please print out a location map for aid.

the room is not too bad, although it look old and the showering water is a little bit cold, the location is fine with 10min walking distance to mrt station, the location is hard to find for the taxi driver, i suggest you to prepare location map.

No WIFI in the rooms. Only available in the pool area and reception which we found inconvenient.
Restaurant Tip:
No in house food available but good restaurants not too far from the hotel. They equally deliver to you room.

Very convenient solution in a not very cheap city
A real flat: much more complete than a simple hotel room

we were very pleased when we got into our room and found out that it was a real apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a microwave oven, which was the tols we used most.
Clean, quiet, bright... Nothing bad to mention about it.
Restaurant Tip:
In a residential area. There were not any of the many Dubai's attractions close by; but I'd list this features among the good points, because it's a guarantee of peace and quiet. Anyway, the underground is not far away: just a 5-minute walk. And then there are several restaurants around. We liked very much an indian vegetarian restaurant that we decided to have dinner every night over there.
