Great great great! The staff was so accommodating and kind. The 1br suite was huge! Washer and dryer inside. Fast Internet for just 30 AED. Plus, if you face Kuwait Street you can see all of downtown Dubai. Be sure to go to the roof at sunset for an insanely cool view.

Within easy reach of airport (approx 15/20 mins by taxi or 15 mins by metro). Two mini supermarkets nearby and handy for metro.

As an apartment most things for self catering were there and breakfast was available for 30 dirhams it was a pity they didnt have a restaurant for evening meals. Nice pool on the roof with a good exercise room next door. Kitchen had fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and drink (tea/coffee) making facilities. About 15 minutes walk to nearest metro and although travel was cheap (with Noi silver card) trains were packed no matter what time of day.

This Hotel is clearly living of last years trip advisor award. The hotel is clearly very over priced compared to similar in Bur Dubai. Very over priced. Rooms are huge I had a one bedroom apartment and it was just that. I had a constant hum through the ceiling from what I think was the swimming pool mechanism. (I was staying on the top floor)
Although the internet was reasonable in rooms by Dubai standards. (60 aed for 24 hours) It was a steam driven LAN connection with no in room wi fi. Apart from the fact that I hate paying for internet I had no interest in doing what the rest of the hotel did, sitting in the reception on their i pads for the free wi fi there. With what it charges something more modern is clearly called for. Hotel wide wi fi would be a start.
I was staying there as part of a university block course and not being able to access the 1990's internet was a real issue as was the noise through the ceiling.
Overall a very old hotel albeit with huge apartments. For the prices they are charging in this area you should expect a lot more and the whole place is in need of a complete modernisation and renovation. Living on past glories and I shall not be staying here again.
