It was nice Experience staying in Xclusive Maples. Only downside is the Very Expensive Internet Access for the Guests. Even if not for free, i would recommend to provide Internet at nominal Price.
Another downside is there is no Bath Tub but only with a Shower.

Everything was great, except the couple issues with the front desk staff. They were very polite at all the times and fast during check in and check out. They also were very fast to accommodate any business request (provide internet passwords, print documents, make calls for you, or get a shuttle ready withing minutes); however, when we had any requests for our baby, it would take them days to fullfill the promises (we had to wait 2 days before we got a baby bed in the room, although I made a request when booked a hotel, and I made 2 different calls prior arriving to make sure that we have it in the room; another baby difficulty was waiting 2 days to get a babysitting services contacts. They said that the hotel doesn't offer babysitting, but they advertise it on the website as well as in their booklet in the room).
Other than these 2 "baby issues", we had a great time!!!
Our baby and us enjoyed the pool area as well. It is not huge, but very clean and not crowded. They have 2 baby pools, one deep pool, and jacuzzi hot tub on the roof with privacy fence and great views on the new city from the deck.
Room service is very fast!!! We loved the food and fresh juices! Restaurant staff is very nice as well!!!
We would definitely recommend this hotel!
