Michael E. Groups Philippines, March 10, 2013	Too expensive for a 1 star hotel Easy access to public transportation 3.3 When we came at 1230 am to do an early check in the receptionist was rude. The next day the other receptionist was helpful. The bathrooms needed improvements like the faucets and toilets need to be cleaned. The airconditioning is noisy. No unusual smell though. The bellboys are helpful.
