A mistake!
The hotel has no rooms facing to river it's just a partial view except suites rooms. Some of break fast was left over menus from lunch or dinner buffet. Not much choice and poor quality to be even 4 star. Staff are not nice. Dress unappreciated and speaking bad language in front of guest. Bed in the room are too small. The coffee serving in the executive room with the capsule has to pay extra. Over all, not value and not great location or view either.

Hilton Hotel that can do with Improvement in Service
I was there for a 3 night stay with my partner. We felt that the service level of the staff can be improved. This is especially for late hours responsiveness for phone calls to the reception.

not as peaceful as it should have been
Stayed in a King Suite, requested a high floor and was given only the 9th floor. Room was a bit run down, with a lot of little flies or bugs of sorts. Whenever anyone flushed a toilet or turned on a tap in an adjacent room or the room above, the sound was so loud you could not have a conversation with someone beside you. The windows don't block out the sound from the party boats on the river or the sound of screaming children from the pool. Many tour groups go here now, and the breakfast is chaotic. The staff is running around like crazy and either they are not properly trained or they are understaffed, but it is anything but a relaxing start to the day. The manners of the many of the hotel guests were quite poor as well; and staff could not or would not do anything about it. Even in the executive lounge, guests brought their children and allowed their kids to use it as a private playground, running around and screaming with no regard for other patrons. The parents did nothing, the staff said nothing. I have stayed here a couple of times before, but will look for other options in the future.
