Musty room
Room huge, 2 windows at toilet but can't open plus dirty carpet in the room made musty smell. Maid didn't change pillow sheet. Staffs helpful esp, driver airport transfer. This price I can find other hotel nearby with cleanest.

Transit Stay
Just a 1 night few hours stay over to catch a morning flight. Room is clean and comfortable. Easy hourly shuttle to transfer to airport.

Your website clearly stated that round trip airport transfer was included in the price. I notified both you and the hotel about our travel arrangements and asked for confirmation, received none and ended up having to get a taxi. Needless to say, we had a bit of an argument as he did not want to take us on such a short journey.

Other hotels are better
distance to airport, wifi, water pressure
This wasn't too far, but there are better hotels I've stayed at that are a bit closer to the airport. It seems the hotel has a newer building and a smaller, older one. I was dropped off at the older one. Check-in was quick enough, but I was not asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room, although I requested a non-smoking room upon booking. One of the staff accompanied me to my room, and when we got off the elevator, I could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. I asked if this was a non-smoking floor and was told that some of the Chinese tourist guests were smoking in their rooms. When I asked to be moved to a different floor, I was asked "why", as my room was non-smoking. Obviously, they do not understand that smoke travels to the adjoining rooms. Upon my insistence, we returned to reception and, somewhat annoyed, the staff gave me a room in the opposite wing of the building near the ballroom where there were few or no guests. The room was larger than the previous one but appeared quite dated in terms of design and furnishings, particularly the bathtub. The carpet was a bit musty. Aircon was okay. Mattress and pillows were comfortable enough. Towels were clean. Water pressure was good, and hot water was available. The bedroom was separated from the bathroom by a glass sliding door. The main problem was when I switched off all the room lights, there was a bulb in the bathroom that would start flashing like a strobe light. I had to sleep with the blanket over my head to block out the flashing light. Wifi was easy to access and as fast as in most Thai hotels. Breakfast selection wasn't too bad but nothing outstanding. Over-all, I would not recommend this hotel to others. There is better value elsewhere.

Decent value and very comfortable.
Great for a stopover. Not much around the hotel (7-11 and that is about it) but the shower was awesome and the bed super comfy. Food was also quite tasty for a late dinner.

Large room, good bathroom, stinky place, poor cust
Reception staff extremely unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. The guy didn't speak a word of english. Communicated with me with a few rude gestures and used none of the hospitable body language you get to see around Thailand establishments.
