Nice Hotel
It was our second time staying there. Staff was good and could communicate well in English. Location is excellent, near to Ginza shopping area. Buffet lunch was good too. Only setback is the room rate was pretty high. Overall satisfactory.

Friendly staff and clean
Chose Mitsui Garden because we couldn't get a room at nearby Courtyard Marriott. Friendly staff made up for an otherwise average stay. Room had a good view of surrounding areas. The room was smaller than we had expected but was bright (which we like) due to the large window. As a frequent visitor to Japan for both business and leisure, we are well aware of size of hotel rooms but still, we were caught out for this one. As the room was small, we had limited space for our luggage. Luckily the window ledge was large enough to accommodate our two suitcases. If not for this, we would have no space to move about in the room. The staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful and were able to serve our needs at all times (making reservations, asking for dinner suggestions, etc). However, the reception/lobby area was always crowded with guests waiting to check in/check out and making inquiries. It seems like you cannot escape the crowd even at your own hotel. It appeared too that majority of the guests are made up of tourists with perhaps some tour groups too, although they don't seem to be big groups. Location wise, it's far enough from the hustle and bustle of Ginza to be quiet and not too far away from the subway/JR train stations. The plus point is the hotel is served directly by the Airport Limousine to Narita Airport. Will we return? Perhaps. If the other hotel alternatives are not available.
